kiwiSaaS was created in 2021 to support NZ Software-as-a-service (SaaS) start-ups and organisations through a community platform, events, and mentoring to connect and accelerate growth for the sector. I worked with the kiwiSaaS team from 2022 to 2024, supporting them with all their design and development requirements throughout that time. This included branding for events, website design and development, community platform design and development, marketing collateral, and stakeholder engagement with reports, infographics, and presentations.
Before funding from the Government was cut, the kiwiSaaS team wanted to display all the data and information on the SaaS sector to support the chance of any future Government support. We created a report called 'Aotearoa New Zealand’s SaaS Sector: 2024 Insights from the Cloud' which gives a clear narrative on the sector and how community and support stimulates growth.
Southern SaaS was an annual kiwiSaaS event for New Zealand Software-as-a-Service practitioners.
Working with the kiwiSaaS team, I created a new brand for the annual conference in 2023, which I then refreshed to another level for the 2024 conference. The new branding was applied to websites, event app, advertising, marketing collateral, signage, and presentations.
