Health Promotion Agency (HPA) is forging ahead with a Smokefree Aotearoa by 2025, and required an engaging and thoughtful learning design to help medical professionals have difficult conversations with patients about becoming smokefree. HPA needed a learning hub (LMS) designed, as well as a toolbox based e-learning.

Taking the toolbox approach from an Instructional Designer, I created an e-learning design centred around gathering your "kit", in order to be ready for "fighting fire". This design was then passed over to an e-learning developer to build a functional and interactive e-learning module.
